No. Bonus credits are normal credits. They sit in your balance until you use them, like every other credit.
Yes. The code lowers what you pay, and the bonus is still added to your credits. The $100 and $1,000 thresholds are checked on the amount before the code.
All of them: card, PayPal and crypto. The bonus is added when the payment is confirmed. For crypto that can take a few minutes.
Each paid order of $10 or more during the deal earns one spin. The wheel pops up on your dashboard after payment. Prizes are a percentage of that order's credits and are added instantly. Unused spins can be played until Dec 4.
A refunded payment removes the credits it added, bonus included. Wheel prizes from that order are removed too.
